Fédération des Editeurs et Producteurs Phonographiques Rhône-Alpes (Rhône-Alpes Region Federation of Phonographic Publishers and Producers) - is dedicated to the promotion, structuring, development and networking of the phonographic sector in the Rhône-Alpes region. It stands for the defence of cultural diversity by supporting alternative services in terms of production, distribution, promotion, information and training, in relation to all those involved and whatever their musical aesthetics.
